DELIVERY

We deliver across the UK.

Our order cut-off time for deliveries is 2pm. Orders made after this time will be processed for delivery the next working day.

Whilst we aim to guarantee delivery times as shown, adverse weather conditions may impact upon delivery from time to time.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers will incur a post and packaging cost of £1.75 and will be sent by Royal Mail, first class.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available at a cost of £7.95

Delivery times are based upon order being placed before 2pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

Free collection from The Orangery Tea Room is available.

BOOKS AND OTHER NON FOOD ITEMS

1st Class (£3.99) – 2-3 working days

Guaranteed next day delivery (weekdays) is available at a cost of £9.50.

Free collection from The Orangery Tea Room is available.

Please note that:

The tea room will email you when your item is available for collection.

Your order will be held at the tea room for 14 days for you to pick up at your convenience.

You should take your dispatch email or order number and a form of ID with you when you go to collect your goods – we require these as a proof of purchase, and without them we cannot release your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

If you would like to purchase a non-perishable item for shipping outside the UK, please contact us to discuss shipping.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Our order cut off time for this service is 2pm. We are only able to dispatch orders  Wednesday to Friday and can neither send out nor deliver on Bank Holidays. See below for a guide on when you can expect your food items to arrive.

ORDERS of brownies and other food items

We send out our food items overnight following the delivery schedule table below.

Please ensure someone is in to receive the food items or indicate where they can be safely left in the order notes section. You are able to specify a particular delivery date as part of the checkout process.

STORING Your items

Once you’ve received the brownies keep in an airtight container and they are best eaten within 1 to 2 days.

Panettone should be kept in a resealable bag and is best eaten within 1 week.

GIFT MESSAGEs

When checking out you can add a short gift message. This will be included as a printed message on the delivery note.

ANY PROBLEMS

Please try to ensure that someone is in to receive your order. They will arrive by courier at any time between 9.00-6.30. This is particularly important for food orders. If no one is in the courier will attempt to leave the order safe.
