The Orangery Tea Room is the perfect location for your life’s celebrations. Celebrate baby showers, birthdays, hen parties, or that long awaited family reunion. We have a lovely range of options to suit your needs.
We can cater for a variety of tastes, whether you want to indulge in our sweet Traditional Afternoon Tea, our Savoury Afternoon Tea boards or our beautiful Breakfast boards. The Orangery has something to suit all tastes and all dietary needs, so the whole party can enjoy themselves accordingly.
Your Celebration
We want you to have the best experience when you choose us to host your celebration. From layout to decoration, we will work with you to create the best configuration for you and your guests. We can create celebration cakes or cupcakes to commemorate your special moments, working with you to decide on flavours and decorative preferences. If you’d like to arrange an extra special experience for you guests then we can even hold a champagne reception on our terrace!

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will I have exclusive use of the Tea Room?
As we are a publicly accessible Tea Room, we may still serve customers during your celebration, however, if you have a large number of people or wish to have exclusive use, this is something we may be able to cater for.
- How much will it cost?
The cost of your celebration will be bespoke to your needs. We do require a £100 deposit to be paid to secure your booking and payment in full 1 month prior to your celebration.
- How long will my celebration be?
Depending on the size of your party we may offer 90 minute or 2 hour slots for your celebration. If you require longer, please let us know when discussing your celebration.
- Are there any dates that can’t be booked?
We cannot accept large celebration bookings on a number of dates due to our peak trade and closures. These dates include; Mothers Day weekend, Easter and Christmas to New Year. We reserve the right to refuse certain dates based on availability, prior bookings and any other celebrations that may already be taking place. We Will always work with you to find the best date possible in the event of your preferred one being unavailable.
